Trane 2-ton AC with leaky (already dx by 3 HVAC vendors) compressor. They could not source compatible replacement compressor. I sourced it from USA and have it on hand. I need the old compressor removed, new Trane compressor along with sweat filter i sourced and have on hand installed, and refrigerant (4 to 6 lbs) of R22 or R438a. R22 is not common but some HVAC are recovering it from old ACs that are being removed. Otherwise, R438a works. Compressor uses mineral oil and comes filled as required already. AC unit model, replacement compressor, and sweat filter are shown in the pictures.

Also have a bathroom exhaust fan that has the fan motor exhausting into AC closet which then returns that air back into living room AC so i have the 4 in duct kit with the exhaust. this requires drilling through the cement/concrete wall to install the exhaust grill on the outside of the closet while attaching the duct to the fan motor. Duct kit shown in the pictures.
